Shipping Policy
We prepare every personalized order with care and aim to make delivery simple and transparent.
Order Processing
All Amora products are personalized and photo-based. Standard preparation and printing time is approximately 24 hours after the required customization details and photographs are received.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Normal delivery is approximately 5–6 days after preparation and dispatch.
Delhi NCR same-day delivery: available for eligible orders when confirmed with Amora Studios. The applicable Porter delivery charge is payable by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE on orders of ₹499 or above. Orders below ₹499 have a ₹99 shipping charge.
Payment
Amora accepts prepaid orders only. Available payment methods include UPI, online payment and credit/debit card. COD is not available.
Customized Orders
Because personalized products are created specifically for the customer, please check your photos, names, dates and other customization information carefully before confirming the order.
Delivery Issues
If a package is delayed, damaged or appears to have a delivery issue, contact Amora Studios as soon as possible with your order details so we can assist with the courier or replacement process where applicable.
