How Customer Images Are Used
Photographs and other images supplied for customization are used to prepare and print the customer's requested product. They may be accessed by the people or production systems that need the information to complete the order.
Deletion of Customer Images
Customer-provided images are intended for order production and are not intended to be retained indefinitely. Once the product has been printed and the production requirement has been completed, the working image files should be deleted from the production system according to our operational deletion process.
We do not intend to use customer photographs for marketing, public display or social media without appropriate permission.
Contact & Order Information
Basic order and contact information may need to be retained for customer support, order history, accounting, legal or business record requirements. Such information is handled only for legitimate business purposes.
Third-Party Services
Where delivery, payment, messaging or other services are provided by third-party providers, information necessary to complete that service may be shared with the relevant provider. Those providers may have their own privacy policies.
